Services · The laptop on the bench
Work thatRuns itself
The repetitive half of your week, handed to software that does not get bored. Inbox triage, follow-ups, reporting, data entry between tools that were never meant to talk.
- n8n
- LangChain
- MCP
- PyTorch
- Claude API

We run n8n self-hosted on your infrastructure, so the automations are yours the day we hand over. On top of that sit LangChain agents and Claude or OpenAI calls where judgement is needed, and plain deterministic code where it is not. The unglamorous part matters most: retries, idempotency, error alerts and a log you can read when something looks wrong at 7am.
What you get
- A self-hosted n8n instance you own, with every workflow documented
- Agents that read, classify and draft, with a human approval step where it matters
- Integrations between your CRM, inbox, sheets and billing
- Alerting and a run log, so a failed job is noticed by us, not by your customer
How it goes
01 · Watch the weekWe sit with the two or three people who do the repetitive work and write down what they actually click.
02 · Pick the boring winsThe first build is whatever takes the most hours and has the clearest rules. Not the most impressive demo.
03 · Build and shadowThe automation runs alongside the human for a week and the outputs are compared before anything is switched over.
04 · Hand overCredentials, docs, a runbook and a walkthrough recording. You can fire us and keep everything.
What changes
Hours back
The usual first result is a day a week returned to whoever was doing the clicking.
Fewer dropped balls
Follow-ups fire on schedule instead of when someone remembers.
No new tool to babysit
It runs in the background. Your team keeps using the tools they already know.

Straight answers
- Does our data go to a model provider?
- Only if you want it to. We can run open models on your own hardware, or keep the model calls to non-sensitive fields and do the rest deterministically.
- What if the automation is wrong?
- Every step that matters has a human approval gate until you trust it, and every run is logged so a wrong output can be traced to the input that caused it.
- Do we need n8n specifically?
- No. It is the default because it is self-hostable and you can read the workflows without us. If you already run Make or Zapier we will work with that.
- How do we know it is actually saving time?
- We measure the task before we automate it — how often it runs, how long it takes, who does it. Without that baseline an automation is a feeling, and the first thing anyone asks six months later is whether it was worth it.
- What happens when the model provider changes something?
- Model calls sit behind our own interface rather than being scattered through the workflow, so swapping a provider is a change in one place. The parts that do not need a model stay deterministic, which is most of them.
- Who maintains it after handover?
- You can, and that is the point of self-hosting the tooling and documenting the workflows in plain language. If you would rather we stayed on for changes, that is an arrangement we will quote separately rather than build a dependency to sell you.
