Software from grant money, step by step.Eligibility check, software comparison, application, delivery: a site that makes DIMOP Plusz and GINOP Plusz legible to a company owner.
The brief was a site that makes an EU software grant feel like a checklist rather than a legal text. We built the four-step narrative, the calculator, the call pages with live amounts and deadlines, and the sector and software-type landing pages, and wired it for Hungarian search and answer engines.

Inside the build

Overview

- Live calls on the page
- 50%
- Support rate on the featured call
- 24 h
- Callback promise
Built for OPTIMA Partner Kft., the studio's grant-writing partner, palyazatiszoftver.hu turns a complicated subject into four steps a company owner can follow: a free pre-screening of the open calls, a comparison of three to five software options, the written application, and delivery by an in-house development team. The site carries the live calls (DIMOP Plusz 1.2.3/A and /B, GINOP Plusz 1.4.3) with their amounts, rates and deadlines, a grant-amount calculator, landing pages per sector and per software type, case studies with numbers, a glossary, FAQ and a news section, in Hungarian with an English summary.
What shipped
What it does
- Live calls with amounts, rates and deadlines on the page
- Grant-amount calculator and free eligibility pre-screening
- Landing pages per sector and per software type
- Transparent fee: fixed grant-writing fee plus a success fee
The problem
- Company owners hear 'grant' and see a wall of acronyms, codes and deadlines
- Software vendors push their own product as the grant-fundable one
- Nobody says what it costs to apply until the third meeting
Why it matters
- Four steps, each with what happens and what it costs
- Vendor-neutral comparison before anything is bought
- Calls, deadlines and amounts kept current on one page
How it shipped
- 01 · BRIEF
A legal text into four steps.
We read the calls the way a company owner would and wrote down the four decisions they actually make: am I eligible, which software, who writes it, who builds it. The site's structure is those four, in that order.
- 02 · CALLS
Live calls with real numbers.
DIMOP Plusz 1.2.3/A and /B and GINOP Plusz 1.4.3 as pages with the support rate, the amount range, the region and the deadline, kept current, because a grant page with last year's deadline is worse than none.
- 03 · CALCULATOR
What would I get, in forints.
A calculator that takes company size, region and project budget and returns the grant amount and the own contribution, so the first conversation starts from a number.
- 04 · LANDINGS
Per sector, per software type.
Manufacturers, retailers and service companies on one axis, ERP, CRM, webshop, website, custom software and AI on the other, each page written for that combination with its own use cases.
- 05 · PROOF
Case studies with numbers, fees in the open.
Three case studies with the saving or the lift stated, and the fee on the page: a fixed grant-writing fee and a success fee only if the grant is awarded. Saying the price is the conversion.
- 06 · SHIP
Glossary, FAQ, news, llms.txt.
The parts an answer engine quotes: definitions of the programme vocabulary, the questions owners ask, a news section for new calls, and the machine-readable files. Live with a callback promise of one working day.
