The phone rings while you work.An AI that picks up in Hungarian, books the appointment and sends the summary. Built as a product, with a live demo you can call.

AIHívásPro started from a number every Hungarian service business knows: the calls that ring out while the owner is busy. We built the assistant, the telephony and calendar plumbing behind it, and the site that lets a visitor talk to it from the browser before paying anything.

AIHívásPro is an AI receptionist for Hungarian service businesses: hairdressers, clinics, workshops, restaurants, law and accounting offices. The business keeps its own number and forwards calls; the assistant answers in natural Hungarian (and five more languages), books, moves and cancels appointments in the caller's calendar, takes messages, handles several calls at once, and sends SMS and email confirmations. A dashboard with a mini CRM, call history and full transcripts sits behind it, with Google, Outlook and Apple calendar sync and Zapier, Booksy, Salonic and Treatwell integrations.

What shipped

What it does

  • Natural Hungarian speech, six languages in the live browser demo
  • Books, moves and cancels appointments during the call
  • Several calls at once, no busy signal, 24/7
  • Dashboard, mini CRM, transcripts, SMS and email confirmations

The problem

  • Calls come in while the owner is with a customer, and most unanswered callers never call back
  • Booking by phone eats the working day and still misses evenings and weekends
  • Hiring a receptionist is not an option for a one-chair salon or a two-person workshop

Why it matters

  • Every call answered, every booking landed in the calendar
  • The owner reads a summary instead of returning missed calls
  • A monthly plan instead of a salary, cancel any time

How it shipped

  1. 01 · BRIEF

    The missed-call maths.

Listed the businesses the product is for and what a call is worth to each. Ten missed calls a week at a typical customer value is a real monthly number; the product had to pay for itself inside the first month or it would not sell.

  2. 02 · VOICE

Hungarian first, then five more languages.

The dialogue was designed around how people actually book on the phone: half-sentences, corrections, 'the same as last time'. Natural Hungarian prosody was the bar; the other languages followed once it held.

  3. 03 · PLUMBING

    Telephony, calendars, confirmations.

Call forwarding from the business's existing number, parallel calls, and the calendar as the source of truth: Google, Outlook and Apple sync, SMS and email confirmations and reminders, webhooks and an API for the rest.

  4. 04 · DASHBOARD

What the owner sees the next morning.

A call list with summaries, full transcripts, a mini CRM of callers, and push, SMS or email notification after each call. Recordings and analytics on the higher plan.

  5. 05 · SITE

Talk to Ádám before you pay.

The marketing site is the demo: a browser call with a six-minute cap and two tries a day, an ROI calculator with the caller's own numbers, two plans and a free consultation. Next.js, built for Hungarian search and for answer engines.

  6. 06 · RUN

    Plans, integrations, iteration.

Start and Pro plans with included minutes and a per-minute overage, Zapier, Booksy, Salonic and Treatwell integrations, and a custom voice clone on the higher plan. The product keeps shipping from call transcripts: what callers ask is the backlog.
