2. What we collect
- Contact form: name, email, optional message and company. Legal basis: GDPR 6(1)(b), pre-contract.
- Server logs: IP, User-Agent, request timestamps. Legal basis: GDPR 6(1)(f), legitimate security / ops interest.
- Analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager): only after consent mode v2 grants it.
- Web Vitals (Vercel Insights): aggregated anonymous performance metrics, no PII.
3. Why we process
- Replying to inquiries and preparing proposals.
- Product and service improvement (aggregate analysis).
- Security incident response and legal obligations.
4. Retention
Contact data: 24 months from the inquiry, then deleted unless the client relationship is active. Server logs: 90 days. Analytics: up to 14 months per our GA4 config.
5. Who we share with
- Google Ireland (GA4, GTM) — under the standard EU–US data transfer framework.
- Vercel (hosting) — EU region.
- Google Workspace / Sheets (lead logging) — under a data-processing addendum (DPA).
- SMTP provider for transactional email (name available on request).
6. Your rights
Under GDPR Art. 15-22 you can ask for access, rectification, erasure, object, and request portability. Email dezso@dfieldsolutions.com. You can complain to the Hungarian DPA (NAIH) at naih.hu.
7. Cookies
Only strictly-necessary cookies load by default (consent mode v2 blocks analytics and marketing cookies until you opt in). You can revoke consent from the banner at any time.
8. Changes
When we update this policy the 'Last updated' date above changes, and we notify anyone who has contacted us in the past 12 months with 14 days' lead time.
