The whiteboard
Howwe work
Contact us or book a 30-minute call. You get a visual concept and an implementation plan, then we build in the open — you watch progress live and end up owning the code and the IP.

Call
The 30-minute intro
Contact us or book a meeting. In half an hour we talk through what is going on and whether we can help.
- 02
Offer
Visual concept + plan
You receive a visual concept of the finished product plus a concrete implementation plan and a price.
- 03
Kickoff
The second meeting
One more call to align on the details — then the work starts.
- 04
Build
Continuous development
We develop throughout the project with constant communication. No status-chasing meetings needed.
- 05
Progress
A public status page
You follow the work on a public endpoint: what shipped, what is next, always up to date.

Code and IP are yours
Full access to the source code during the whole build — and all IP rights transfer to you after the final invoice.
The questions everyone asks
- How much does a project cost?
- It depends on scope — that is exactly what the 30-minute call and the visual concept are for. After the first conversation you get a concrete quote with the build plan, so the number arrives with the 'what' and 'when' attached, not as a range pulled from a pricing page.
- How fast can we start?
- The intro call is bookable directly on the calendar, usually within days. The visual concept and plan follow within days of that call, so the second meeting — the one that starts the work — is typically within a week of first contact.
- What if the scope changes mid-project?
- It does, on every real project. Communication is continuous and the public status page shows where the work stands, so a change is a conversation, not a renegotiation. Anything that moves the price is agreed before it is built.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. The visual concept exists so you can see the product before a line of code is written, and the status page says what shipped in plain language. The only thing you need to know is your own business.
- Who owns what at the end?
- You do — the source code, the accounts, the infrastructure. Full access during the build, and all IP rights transfer with the final invoice. Nothing is held hostage to a retainer.
Tell us the problem in plain words.
